In a libertarian government would a woman be able to have an abortion any time as long as the umbilical cord is still connected?

Would orphanages and adoptions be privately funded?

How would a libertarian society insure that a divorced mother would recieve financial support?

If there were no written contract in marriage, would no one be responsible for their children?

Are there assumed obligations that come with marriage?
