How would libertarians defend the rights of smokers if second-hand smoke was a big health issue?

Wouldn’t the legalization of drugs harm our children?

Won’t people resort to crime to fund their drug addiction?

Aren’t drugs far more harmful and addictive than legal substances such as alcohol and tobacco?

Is the war on drugs saving lives by limiting acess to drugs?

What about smoking?

If someone assults me with second-hand smoke, can I defend myself with my fists?
